Given the birth of telemedicine and mobile medical care under current trend of aging population and unbalanced medical resources between urban and rural areas, National Taiwan University Hospital used remoting monitoring to build electronic and new types of telemedicine care services by formally establishing “Telecare Center” in August 2009. It can provide 24-hour teleconsultation and health management based on individuality of patients, and assist in dealing with outbreaks or emergency. The continuous health education and nursing consultation from case managers can also strengthen the health care concept of prevention better than treatment for patients, enhance their awareness of health promotion, and do well with personal health management and care consultation. The center has three major features and innovations, including (1) customized 24-hour remote care real-time services, (2) intelligent remote care platform, and (3) diverse remote care services. V5 TECHNOLOGIES signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation with the Hsinchu Branch of National Taiwan University Hospital on June 9th, 2021. It is for the two parties to jointly carry out the demonstration of “V5 Lung Image Aided Interpretation Software” and clinical strategic cooperation and exchange. The two parties have signed this memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation as the basis for further cooperation.
